Our Pastors and Ministers

OUR PASTORS AND MINISTERS

A God-Ordained Mosaic of Gifts.

Rev. Dr. Lennett J. Anderson
Pastor Lennett Anderson is the Senior Pastor of EBC: The MEETing Place.  He is married to Lady Késa Munroe-Anderson and together they have two sons and a daughter- Micah Jelani, Caleb Wellington and Jordan Bethany.

Since Pastor Anderson’s return to his home church in 1999 and his subsequent ordination into the Christian Ministry in September 2001, he has been credited by the National MacLean's Magazine as “one of five Canadian Pastors who are breathing new life into their communities.”  His leadership has led to the formation of a blended community of worshippers who meet to exemplify unity within the Body of Christ.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dalhousie University in 1997, Pastor Anderson later completed a Master of Divinity degree at Acadia Divinity College in May 2000.  He later received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity degree from St. Thomas Christian College. On August 2007, Dr. Anderson was elevated to the position of State Overseer for the Canadian Region with the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International, under the leadership of International Presiding Bishop Paul S. Morton.

Through his dynamic presentation of the Gospel, Pastor Anderson’s message has been a source of spiritual inspiration and encouragement to many.  His messages of hope and deep healing, which abound from God’s wisdom and compassion, have been a guiding light throughout Canada and abroad. His continued commitment to teach and reach souls, by living the Word of God with conviction and boldness is truly a testament to his invaluableness in the Kingdom of God.  Truly Pastor Lennett Anderson is a gifted preacher and teacher who is living up to his life’s calling:  “To serve his generation with Godly purpose.”

Rev. Michael O. Fisher,
Pastor Michael Fisher is the Executive Pastor & Director of Student Ministries at EBC: The MEETing Place.  He began serving at Emmanuel in 2003 as the Youth Pastor and since his ordination in 2009, he serves as the first assistant to Pastor Anderson in which capacity he provides leadership and oversight to the overall Ministry of EBC:  The MEETing Place. He also serves as the Canadian Director for both the Children, Youth and Young Adult and the Christian Education divisions of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International body.

After completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at Dalhousie University, Pastor Michael went on to complete both the Masters of Divinity degree program (2005) and the Masters in Arts in Theology program (2008) through Acadia Divinity College.

Pastor Michael Fisher is passionate about “Seeking Holiness On Purpose” and “Seriously Walking After Godly Greatness” (S.H.O.P. & S.W.A.G.G.). He believes in practicing a lifestyle of holiness by having a true, authentic relationship with God.  His message is one that is real, relevant and revolutionary. He leads primarily with a prophetic and apostolic anointing and is keen about representing Christ well, especially to the unchurched. He is the founder of the Made for Greater Movement (M4GM). He is also an advocate for Compassion Canada and a keen speaker at camps and youth events throughout HRM.

Because of his humility, Pastor Price enjoys “coming alongside” in most situations and has never asked anyone to complete a task he would not do himself.  He is a “people” person who enjoys both visiting people and entertaining people in his home for fellowship.   Pastor Price is careful never to assume that people he meets are all true believers, therefore, he uses every opportunity to present the love of God.  He is a gifted and compassionate Evangelist who truly has a heart for all to come to a saving knowledge of Christ.

Minister Anom believes that living a daily life of absolute faith in God is the only secret to great success. He also believes in spending quality time in prayer and in the study of God’s Word. His charismatic personality and humorous insight into the workings of God is drawn from a wealth of personal experience. Most importantly, he remains committed, more than ever, to winning the lost at any cost with a mission of empowering people through the effective communication of God’s wisdom and love and bringing hope and healing to many.

Minister Pratt originates from Nassau, Bahamas. He has pursued a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from The College of the Bahamas COB, a Diploma in Eco-Management from Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC), and will soon complete his studies in Psychology at Saint Mary's University.
