Those who worship at EBC: The MEETing Place are committed to meeting God through prayer. Not only do we see prayer as the most effective way to develop a relationship with God but we also truly believe that effective prayer will bring deliverance and freedom as we witness the mighty hand of God through intercession. As the Body of Christ empowered by the Holy Spirit, we firmly believe in the power of prayer to bring healing to the body, mind and soul. Those who serve on our prayer teams are committed to weeping with those who weep and rejoicing with those who rejoice. Furthermore, we believe those who are strong should help to “bear the infirmities of the weak” (Romans 12:15), especially through prayer.
During and after our services, those who serve on our Altar Ministry are willing to always pray and agree with anyone who requires prayer. In addtion, on the first Friday of every second month we meet as a community of faith for Corporate Prayer. This is a time when our church family prays together for various themes, for each other, for our city, our country, and our world according to God’s divine leading. Throughout the year our Intercessory Prayer Ministry commits to faithfully calling on God on behalf of those who need prayer. When you submit a request through our website, it is forwarded to our intercessory team who agree together and petition God on your behalf because we believe He will answer in an awesome and supernatural way. At EBC: The MEETing Place we are sincere and serious about providing a safe environment for everyone. Therefore, confidentiality is paramount in this ministry.
